What show has ever been this good from the jump? Seinfeld, Cheers took several seasons to find the groove. The Simpsons first 2 seasons are a little ho-hum for me.

No qualms with this list. A great Zep deep cut - funky as hell - is “Hots on for Nowhere.” Here it is used to great effect in, of all things, a skateboard documentary.
