Still no word at all about that supposed new Ghost in the Shell Anime series that was hastily announced after the most recent movie?
Ironically, Ghost in the Shell itself has mellowed out in a pornographic sense as time has gone on.
This show is very crass and lives off toilet humor, but is still surprisingly well done and weaves a lot of intelligent jokes in with the stupid ones. In the end it was a very Ash vs Evil Dead-type of time traveling sci-fi outing. I’m glad it’s getting a second season.

It will take a few years for Disney to totally absorb FOX. In the mean time, FOX could do two very small things that would make the ret-con of half of their X-Men movies believable and amazing and most importantly... canon.
