AGREED. The music in the first 20 minutes was fucking brilliant, but it was good through the whole episode, too. I like that they gave Jon “the White Wolf” Snow the theme-song variation like they did for Dany last year. Definitely lets you know who the show is about, in the end. :)

Hats off to Ramin Djawadi scoring last night’s episode. I thought the score in last night’s episode was amazing. Even the recap had it’s own special flair to it musically.

I read an interview with Ms. Foye and she whined about how moms get to leave work to pick up their kids from school but she’d get shit if she left work to console a friend who had a bad OK Cupid date. Are you fucking kidding me?

I dunno, I *get* the outrage. This whole “meternity” thing shows that most people think maternity leave is a perk or a vacation and not a necessary time to heal after EXPELLING A HUMAN BEING FROM YOUR BODY ONE WAY OR ANOTHER! I mean, the fact that maternity leave still isn’t mandatorily(ok i made that word up) paid…

I don’t have kids, but every understanding I have of maternity leave involves no sleep, falling behind on everything, dealing with far too many visitors, and not being able to wipe your ass with toilet paper for a while. I don’t envy anything here.
