The EQS weighs like 2,500 lbs more than the model 3. Plus, it probably has 22" wheels on it ultra-low profile tires. Just really bad configuration. 

I just checked the wear bars on my Model 3 yesterday. I am about due... after 51000 miles.

I had a 3rd gen Prius and was amazed at how the original tires were both hard as rocks for really poor handling and also wore out so quickly. I was so glad to put regular Pirellis on it and enjoy the benefits of plain ol’ quality tires.

The EQS starts in the low $100k range so my sympathy is lean for Mr. Semel.

Cars like these are important. Not everyone can afford to spend $35-$50K on a vehicle. But if you’re going to offer something cheap at least make it not feel cheap.
