Actually, the game started as a pitch for an online MMO. That never went anywhere, and Ty turned it into a post-to-play RPG on a forum.

You mean if there’s two people who have a Vader (or other face character) and want to appear at the same event? We typically work that out ahead of time - whoever called it first, typically. For things like conventions, people do shifts or simply walk around different parts of the hall.

I was really sad to see that The Water Knife and Aurora didn’t get Hugo nods. They were certainly worthy books.

Yeah. Funny thing though - this block lasted for at least 2-3 years before this summer. Oh well. I live in the self-proclaimed ‘Granite Capital of the World’, so it’s not like I don’t have access to a more of them!

Granite is pretty easy to smash - subject it to that force, you’ll shatter it. (I just learned the hard way last week while chopping wood on a block of granite.) Read more

My guess is that it’s a prototype that they put together as a proof of concept.
