I ALSO went the Popeye’s route this year! FYI, I cranked the temp up and baked the bird on high for an extra 10 minutes, and the skin crisped right up.

You got it! It can be a generic term, but also refer to this specific type of dish. I do like “pudding” as a term more than “dessert.” Much more fun.

Oh, that is a GREAT thought! Best bet would probably be to give your vet a ring before you try it, but that could be huge.

I’m lucky enough to have been a few times! Highly recommend—Catalonia is so distinct from the rest of Spain. If you can make your way to several major cities in the area, it’s well worth an extra bit of travel. (Peter Madsen does killer work.)
