Exactly, there was an article here a few year back of an almost new Kia totaled because of minor front bumper damage. Mine is still a kind of 4:3 aspect ratio so that’s not an issue, I prefer the infotainment screen over my phone as it’s bigger.  But for me the only reason I would  use AA or CarPlay is for navigation.  I only listen to XM for my music so having any other phone functions mirrored as a non issue for me.

I mean as long as Rivians ecosystem is good that’s fine.  But then again I am one of those oddballs who ONLY uses AA for navigation since I don’t use any of the music streaming services.
