Nissan is a cruel company... the IDx is so cool. But I get it, the BRZ/86 isnt flying off the shelf, but stillllllllllllll

I liked the IDx, but didn’t completely “get it” until recently when I was driving in the Santa Cruz mountains and saw a Datsun 510 in real life for the first time. It’s such an awesome little car. Made me really sad Nissan didn’t move forward.

What would you do to get Viper sales from 50 a month to 2000 a month?

Sad. Sad because the Viper is better than the C7 Corvette by a LARGE margin. The viper is nicer looking, better to drive, and much much more capable on a race track than that supercharged overheating Z06. The fact that it’s selling in low numbers really shouldn’t be the deciding factor on an almost niche sports car.…
