Possible and yet we have seen Maeve running around in similar lab. So we i would assume they are the same place. And we do know that Ford physically interacts with Hosts like squeezing Dolores Hand.
I think Dolores is the oldest Host in the whole Park. At least they said it in an earlier Episode if i remember correctly. Maybe she was an expensive Top-of-the-Line Prototype that became common as manufacturing became more cost effective. Or Hosts (or at least some of them) do get constant Hardware and Software…
