I think cooled countertops are a thing in industrial candy-making.

Frozen grapes are a miracle in general. I buy a bunch when they get cheap in summer and freeze them to take to outdoor performances/fairs/what have you. Tastier than a popsicle, don’t get your hands messy, don’t drip everywhere. They’re great.

I’d love to see more about the history of food, whether that be something like, say, a 1980s week or the historical roots of our favorite foods.
