I think a lot of people don't realize that there is no need to jam your circle pad around like a barbarian when you play Super Smash Bros. any more than there is in Animal Crossing. Doing smash attacks is not really about the speed at which you tap the circle pad; it's mostly timing.

I don't think anyone's trying to argue that cramming actually makes you learn. It's just a technique to get through a test with minimal time consumption. I typically use it for tests that require memorizing useless information, like history-types of classes. If it's something I care about, like classes pertaining to

I don't know anybody who says "OS Ten." It's hard to fault people for not realizing it's technically a number, since it's been around for more than ten years now, and has its own numbering system. I call it "Oh Ess Ex," too.

Everyone does their own laundry. My personal system is: Everything gets washed together on cold. Things that can't be dried are pulled before being put in the dryer. I guess my mom and sister probably have delicates that they do something special with, as well.

I don't understand the fiery hatred of Windows 8. It was a little hard for me to get used to at first, but, like any operating system/device I own, I molded it to my preferences and made it my own. This is what my Start screen looks like right now. Links to all the games I might want to play with custom icons for

But the price you pay is travelling with a child. In addition to the infinite trials and burdens of escorting a slobbering, screaming parasite everywhere you go, just about everyone else on the airplane will hate you for it.

Placing paper towels between slices is a bad idea for the same reason placing the slices directly on top of each other is bad. You won't be able to separate them once they cool down and fuse together. Something non-permeable to separate individual slices, like foil, and wrapped in something that won't come undone on

I hate it when people/restaurants don't have disposable napkins. I just don't feel comfortable using those fancy cloths to wipe off my grease-lined face and hands. Am I a drain on the environment, or do I just not like unnecessary laundry? I'm sure I know your answer to the question, but I know I'm not the only one.

One of the only products that warns you not to use them exactly how everyone uses them. It's worth spending an extra dollar on the name brand for those stiff paper sticks.

I think that calling lazy citing (like not specifying page numbers or publishers) plagiarism is an overstatement among overstatements. Only a teacher in an English class might make a note on your paper saying to be more concise, but they wouldn't mark the paper down. Any normal person would barely notice the oversight

I only know about 4 of the playable characters, but I still want this game so badly.

DirectInput. The Xbox 360 controller is almost perfect, but it's lacking official support for DirectInput, making it incompatible with older games or certain emulator plugins coded elitist neckbeards who refuse to acknowledge XInput.

If I could go back in time and stop myself from updating my iPod touch 4th Generation I totally would. Made several apps unusable and causes infrequent but nonetheless annoying crashes. At least they give you the option not to update. Android phones do the same thing, releasing crippling updates, but they keep nagging

No bag with wheels is the perfect carry on.

No bag with wheels is the perfect carry on.

I can see myself trying most of these tips but, essential oils? You mean that snakeoil my mom got bamboozled into buying a couple years ago just after her homeopathy craze died down?

All values are made up. These particular values are made up by corporations, and normal people don't care what corporations think, or rather, corporations don't care what people think.

Not one of those reasons cited for region locking is a good thing. They are all protecting some kind of obscure value that corporations made up for their own benefit, and some of them are outright horrible (price discrimination, censorship). Besides, why are you defending region locking? Does it help you in some way?

He says it's because he doesn't want to be near other people. I can understand his desire to avoid outside human interaction, but that measure is way too extreme. Sometimes I just tell him he's on his own and go sit in the middle of the theater.
