run it till it breaks, then permanently park it on the driveway, plug it in, and use the bi-directional charging to power your house during peak hours (or at night if you have solar)...

I’ve been lurking on the Fisker forum on Reddit. There are ex-Fisker service people who are trying to get access to the in-house software which would be huge for people stuck with these.

If it’s a software issue, I don’t think having a spare with the same issue is going to help.

For $14K i want something dependable - like a 10 year old Range Rover.

Completely and utterly fucked. Sideways. With a chainsaw, most likely.

It can only be a thing if people allow themselves to be influenced by these idiots.

“Influencer” needs to not be a thing.

Did you know he is a senator? Mel Brooks answered how well high level government officials have to follow the rules a LONG time ago.

His cousin was also in Automotive, selling half a million brake pads to Ray Zalinsky to keep Callahan Auto afloat. Rolls Royce of brake pads.

No, it’s the rates.  The money factor on some of our stuff is as low as effectively 2 percent (the ram trucks) But right now the lease rate on, say, a charger or 300 is somewhere closer to 14 percent (!)

All Stellantis Leases are insane. I sell Stellantis, and we used to do about 50/50 leasing versus retail. It’s not even 25 percent nowadays. Everything we have except hybrid wranglers and ram 1500s are about 200 a month higher than the competition.

We’ve owned a low-rated Disco Sport for 3 years now. Maybe it’ll disappoint us eventually, but we’ve found it to be a good family luxo hauler. Good size, very comfortable, best sound system I’ve ever heard, and we don’t see another one every 2 minutes. And frankly it was bought for a little LESS than a top-spec Honda

I was (as also noted in the slideshow) surprised by the Polestar though.

Pretty shocked to see the Polestar 2 and Tahoe on here.

Jeeps and rangerovers all over this list.

Well done. As a poor I thought of physically flip one over at the off road park as I will forever be to poor to monetarily flip anything ever.

I have trouble finding a good landing spot on letting a seller dictate future usage of the product you bought. While I think people who suck up good cars just for the sake of artificially reducing supply to sell them at a premium are assholes, I also don’t want Ford (et all) to get to tell me what I can do with my

Damn it, take your star!

Predict - say or estimate that (a specified thing) will happen in the future or will be a consequence of something.

I always thought the Disco stole the Rancho’s design.
