Gel eyeliner is good! It's creamier than most pencils, but it's not liquidy like liquid liner, so I think the application is easier and the color is very dark/rich. Only thing is that you have to use a brush for it, but I think the consistency might make it easier to use than liquid liner.
Aw, that's understandable. I mastered liquid liner at the age of 16, and I've been wearing winged eyeliner since then. I had a lot of patience for it, though, because I really wanted to learn it. When I was learning, I would always pencil in the shape and then go over it with the liner. Then eventually, you no longer…
