Let me rephrase European, Scandinavian etc.. those shows are much darker and not traditionally Hollywood.

I watch shows because the writing is impeccable otherwise I would be watching CW and no disrespect to CW. If you watch foreign shows the actors are not hired based on looks but based on who is the best person for the role.
