But it wasn't a BBC show. It was a Love Productions show broadcast on the BBC.

I didn't know that about Mel and Sue that's sweet.
It seems strange to say but I have faith Love Productions know what makes their show sucesfull and Channel 4 understand what they've paid all that money for.
Maybe I'm wrong but if they wanted to make 'Just Another Baking Show' they wouldn't have spent so much money

Almost all the reviews on the site do this, I never read ahead if I'm afraid of spoilers.

Yup this. Surprised how many people say you should watch them in order. It's almost more fun finding about the world in a disjointed way like I originally did.

If it's anything like the web series you can watch then in any order. I started on a random episodes and watched a couple of different ones before going back to the beginning and I don't think it hurt the experience.
It's basically an anthology show with one recurring character, occasionally characters re-appear but

I have actually worked with a few people from the show, I don't know the specifics of how the presenters work but I can assume they're given room to joke around. A lot of the show's humor does come from the editing and the contestants though. The show has casting directors who know what they're doing.
Just look at the

I think ad breaks could fit in pretty organically. If they trust their audience not to turn away without forced cliff-hangers they could put them between segments instead of before the results. If they don't it's the same show just with ad-break before the results.
Maybe it's because I'm only a casual viewer but I

I thought they seemed pretty bored recently. Before this was announced I had a theory that Sue Perkins was trying to see how weird she could go with her line delivery of the word "Baaaaake" before the director asked her to do it again (and they never did).
They do such random stuff it's like they're trying to find ways

Apparently Channel 4 would only need half the views it got on the BBC to turn a profit and really doubt finding new presenters will be tough with that budget.

I've not watched a lot of the show but the charm does seem to come from the format and the contestants.
Mel and Sue's delivery is pretty cringe worthy and it's not like they can't find other British personalities capable of twee and innuendo.
Was anyone watching for Paul Hollywood?

Surely they reveal it to publishers, they're not a subscription model so you pay per issue (or collection) I assume that money all goes back to the publishers and they can work out copies sold.
If it does and Comixology just pay a one-off licensing fee to sell infinite copies of each book they must make a killing.

"I don't really need a president I'd like to have a beer with!"
Exactly. A countries leader needs to be good at leading a country. I don't hire an account based on whether I'd like to have a beer with them. Firstly because I don't like beer but also because that's not what I need them for.

Did you read the article?

Is exactly what you said in prison.

Bridget Jone's Postnatal Depression

That's called Obvious Child.
Bridget Jone's Miscarriage would be better, Bridget Jone's Stillbirth would be best.

Literally the point of all technology
"It makes certain things a lot more convenient. That's about it."

I'd say the first 6 episodes of so leaned a bit hard towards "twee" but if you can get past those you're good.

I've only seen to the end of season 3 (which I thought was a slight drop in quality from 2) should I just skip ahead to season 5?
I want new episodes of a sitcom to watch but don't have a lot of time.

Holly shit season 5.
I've only seen till the end of season 3, I thought I was one season behind and I'd catch up eventually. How does a whole year happen without me noticing?
