Switch version has the 3ds exclusive content. I don’t know the full details but it includes going into areas or dimensions based on other DQ games in the series or something.

I get wanting the game to be harder. But I’m more interested in the new content and don’t want to make my second playthrough longer.

The show itself didn’t really put any Z nation vibes either, which adds to the confusion. Wasn’t too hot on the first season, but I’m willing to give it another chance.

Awesome! I gave up after like 15 minutes. I think I got it once or twice but too awkwardly to reach over to clear the level.

Ryu’s hot sponge is a lot less technical in that sense and easier to grind through. Beat Hot Sponge in about 15 minutes. I couldn’t do the double shell jumps in Poo’s. (And has mentioned above, I can do double shell jumps in SMW. They’re just a very different beast here.)

Double shell jumps are almost free... in SMW romhacks.. in SMM2 though, they’re a pain in the ass. I didn’t beat that part when Poo released that level. And I’ve done double shell jumps a bunch in the past.

You forgot another difference Jason. You can touch enemies wihtout being hurt. Making lining up weapon swings a lot more convenient.

To me, the bigger turn off is them trying to mimic the movies instead of the comics.

Nice to release on Switch during pride month. Played this last year and had backed it.

I honestly would rather see Ironheart being a thing personnally. Could even have Parker as her mentor in hero-ing in a sort of switch from the Ironman tutoring Spider-man we’ve had.
