Has anyone tried feeding in transcripts of Raptors and Warriors game commentaries into an AI and seeing what it would predict for a 7 game series?

I liked what the Raptors were doing in the first half, even if it was only a 5 point lead. They clearly felt in control for most of that first half. But in that second half, their defense got really soft, and Golden State took advantage of it. Raptors were also being sloppy on offense and Golden State really picked up

Outside of Kawhi’s game 7 winner over Philly and the Raptors locking in their finals appearance, seeing Danny Green finally knock down a three was the most cathartic thing in the entire play-offs.

Raptors faced much tougher defense in the previous two rounds, and some intimidating rim protection. Golden State’s defense and lack of giants must have felt like pure freedom to the Raptors. And for the first time in the play-offs, that basket clearly looked wide open to Gasol and Siakam.

Yeah, not sure why this is hard to figure out. Jon was never truly happy or felt he belonged anywhere except when he was North of the wall with the Wildlings. Bran knows this. This was really a gift from Bran disguised as a punishment to appease Dany’s remaining followers. He knew Jon and the Wildlings would abandon C

Doesn’t matter what it is. The real question is, was it added Post? Is this just a poorly framed shot of a Bannister with some creature Photoshopped in?

Jon’s ending was apt and made me happy. Initially, we think that this bastard can’t catch a break, being sent back to Castle Black all over again. But Bran knew all along that’s where Jon was supposed to be. He even tipped us off with his parting word’s to Jon, saying essentially that.

Their defense was phenomenal in the first 3 quarters.

Up in Canada, I think we only got Season 3 officially this year. We have Cartoon Network and Teletoon, and both have been showing Season 1 and Season 2 for years, but never Season 3 until Adult Swim became a channel about 2 months ago. That channel started playing Season 3 to zero fan fare.

Battle of the Bastards, she says that line, and is fully prepared to follow through. Tyrion alludes to her father’s plan to wipe out King’s Landing. She objects that it’s different, thus defending her decision to murder thousands, likely because she feels it’s justified. He says it’s not different and that she’s “talki

What episode is that? My wife and I have been discussing this endlessly and we’re both wanting to see it.

Yup, everyone forgets the Dothraki, but they are rapists, murderers, thieves and keep people in bondage (i.e. slaves). But Dany was happy to use them because they served her needs of getting to the Iron Throne.

I remember watching the previous seasons and rooting for her to listen to her advisers and stay on the righteous path. Because she had a lot of dark, violent impulses. I’m sure a lot of people did the same. We didn’t want our perceived hero to turn to evil.

Don’t feel that way. I love the show from start to finish, even if the quality has sagged a bit in the past 3 or so seasons. Because, regardless of that sag, it’s still one of the best produced, written, shot, acted and immersive shows in the history of television. On it’s worst day, it’s still better than most

I bought her turn completely, but I think it’s something that’s been telegraphed for several seasons. I expected Dany going full Mad Queen was going to be the last big conflict of the series.

This makes me think that the Stones weren’t really destroyed by Thanos. Maybe he thinks he destroyed them, but based on what the Ancient One said, if just giving up the Time Stone would be enough to allow some very dark being to enter our reality, then wouldn’t destroying all the stones create absolute insanity?

Yes! I forgot this, but it’s true. It’s always been true.

You are correct. As someone who has watched the Raptors since their inaugural season, it doesn’t matter if it was the 90s, 2000s, 2010s, all incarnations of the Raptors seem to develop the same bad habits.

It matters so much! I can accept Norse gods, time travel, super powered humans and stones that control reality, but fucking rats getting into abandoned vehicles? Impossible my friend. Impossible. Never happens in reality.

Raptors in game 1 of this series played some of their best ball of the season, and looked like contenders.
