I find it kind of weird calling Pet Semetary and Casino Royale remakes. It would be more accurate to identify them as simply more recent adaptations of their source material. It’s not like we call every version of the Frankenstein or Dracula stories a remake.

The best idea I ever had while working at a comic book/tabletop gaming shop was to sell deodorant at the counter on MTG & Yu-Gi-Oh tournament nights. I think this comes from a similar a possibly sincere mindspace.

Big ups to whoever did the first one for picking Sleep’s Holy Mountain instead of Dopesmoker.

After years of ignoring it I’m finally digging into Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney for my pre bed gaming. I’ll probably try to wrap up Sekiro finally and maybe do some hunting in MHW if I get too frustrated fighting sake drunken murder-gran’pa.

I will never pass the opportunity to treat myself to really nice mustard. I used to think the yellow stuff was a garbage tier condiment. Turns out I just can’t stand the neon yellow sludge that comes in packets with soft pretzels. A nice spicy dijon or whole grain mustard is the best things you can put on grilled

Kindly get fucked shithead.

Oh hey, this gave me a moment of pause as I remembered all the times I felt deeply uncomfortable as a child and also the prevalence of the “DON’T FUCKING TOUCH ME.” response I’ve had to even the most innocuous interpersonal contact as an adult.

Obi Wan Canolis

Sounds like somebody has never seen Dead Alive aka Braindead.

Cool, a game I’ll never play and 80 hours of Jonathan Blow jerking himself off over how cleaver he is.

Mountains of Madness is totally the vibe I got as well. Maybe it will be an arctic expedition setting where climbing provisions are like the torches in the first one.

For me, the Vita has been exclusively a JRPG machine and portable PS1. I’ve played every Persona except 5 on it as well as a ton of games I missed on PS1 like Suikoden and Parasite Eve.
