Season 2 was definitely weaker than the first - the intrigue wasn't as intense, the suspense wasn't quite there for me. The plot didn't feel as cohesive or twisty.

Interesting theory! But Coulson is in charge of SHIELD now, so would they oust him or just put Tony stark in charge of SWORD or something?

I'm not objecting to the (necessary) vagueness. Just the direction of that vagueness. He's just waving candy around the place and then not letting anyone have any. It's making me cranky.

What does he mean "do other stuff with marvel"? He's such a geektease. You could just say " the Avengers" RDJ, you don't have to be mysterious all the time.

Soooo if the latest Avengers 3 rumours are true, how do we think this is going fit into the grand scheme of things?

I think it cost about $200 million to make and another $190 million to market, so yeah it didn't do nearly as well as they were hoping for.

I imagine they would have to choose to focus on characters with less flashy powers in order to keep the costs down.

i read an interview with Jon Hamm a couple of weeks ago where he stated that he was offered and turned down the Green Lantern movie, leading them to cast Ryan Reynolds.

There is the show I was hoping for the entire first season!

She better not be dead. The only thing better than Lucy Lawless is Lucy Lawless with a robot hand. They can't dangle a carrot like that and not deliver. Surely. Suuurrreeeellllyyyyy?

I'd love to help out, I'm on here all day anyway so I might as well make myself useful! Also I was thinking of trying to find a way to volunteer for this job just yesterday, it makes me sad to read a great comment that's all greyed out.

Dunno about the comics but there was definitely an aborted timeline in the 1990's cartoon that had them together (during her mohawk sporting days - so badass), but they were forced to change the past in order to save the world, sacrificing their love in the process. It was actually really freaking sad.

i'm right there with you buddy. I'm constantly having to make compromises on my collection because I own almost double the amount of audio files that my 80gb classic can hold. All legally bought and paid for- music is too important to me to not support the people that made it.

Oh man I'm so pleased by this. That plane was so soulless and corporate. Serenity it ain't.

If Neil Gaiman really is heavily involved in the script writing then I will definitely give it a chance.

I work for a gemstone dealer. I would also add that contrary to what everyone outside the industry seems to believe, most jewellers are dirt poor despite working with very valuable materials. Unless you are the big boss or your family owns a mine somewhere, you probably work your fingers to the bone in a high security

DON'T TEASE ME LIKE THIS IO9.

Actually blue moonstone and rainbow moonstone are usually classed as two separate types. A fine blue moonstone can set you back several hundred pounds/dollars but rainbow is comparatively common and cheap.

Rainbow moonstone has the same effect to it as labradorite. Also to a lesser extent blue moonstone.

Sure, because he must cost a fortune, but I don't think he has the same box office pull that he once did.
