Could be confusing if the name is just going to be “Switch”, and the year of release is the only way to differentiate between the new and previous models.

Maybe they should plan accordingly instead of wasting time on a staged demo, then crunching for two years to make a game that probably needed like 5 years of dev time? I dunno.

This is what I’m noticing as a first time player of Larian’s other game, Divinity Original Sin 2. It’s nothing serious, but I wish people on these community sites were less into min-maxing everything. It makes it hard for people who just want to enjoy the game and RP or whatever.

I mean you’re not completely wrong but “AI” in this (and probably most) instances is just a marketing term. What we call “AI” now is just a tool that interprets data, and is bound by that data. There’s nothing intelligent about it.

Oh interesting, I did not know that.

Hm so you’re saying it maybe generated kirby butthole? Interesting.

Riot made the shooter Valorant. They’re also doing a fighting game (??) and a side scroller, a little bit after doing an isometric action game. There are anecdotes that go the other way with developers, but I feel “x can’t do anything but x type of game” is not really a thing. Game development isn’t black and white

I did “Kirby farting the universe into existence”.

This isn’t even gaming related lol. Apparently a famous person wearing a shirt with a videogame on it is enough for Kotaku to ramble about Elon and border control.

It’s so strange because every other big developer has been ramping up ““RPG”” elements of their games for a while now (with varying success), but Bethesda seems to be going in the opposite direction?

Would it matter?

Every store does this though, so I really doubt they were burning through money for the game store giveaways and deals. The games given away have regularly been pretty pedestrian anyways. Lots of indie games as of late.

I’m not optimistic about Skyrim 6.

This definitely seems like the Bethesda “””RPG””” to skip, even moreso than Fallout 4 was. It’s so strange, but everything I read about it just makes me think (falsely) that they wanted to make a bethsoft “No Man’s Sky”, but it’s equally as bland as that game was initially.

Is he the last of the execs from the 599 US Dollars debacle? Between him, Kaz and Ken he definitely came off as the least likeable of the bunch.

The phone costs one grand at minimum (128GB version, yikes). Like, if you’re one of those people, fake or otherwise, you’re probably not bothered by a price tag that’s more expensive than most folks entire phone plan.

Yeah. Supposedly hacks all of Sony, yet only has 6000 files? There’s no way a corp as big as Sony only has 6000 files in its data centers.

Found Justin’s burner, holy crap.

If you guys are going to throw in aggregate steam reviews like it means anything meaningful you guys may as well start including Metacritic user reviews, because those are equally useless and arbitrary.

I get the phrasing but calling Embracer group a smaller competitor is funny because they’ve been buying up studios and Ip’s left-and-right all the while almost getting 2 billion dollars from Tencent or whoever.
