The fiduciary rules are so obvious it like saying we should have a rule that you can’t beat up old ladies. Yet somehow the Trump administration thinks that it is burdensome to have a rule saying you shouldn’t beat up old ladies.

Again, I’m sorry about all this. The last thing I want is to sit here like some goth nihilist dipshit and lecture everyone, and douse a seemingly festive occasion in cold piss. I wanna snap out of it. I want EVERYONE to snap out of it. I want America to wake up in a fevered sweat and realize what it’s done and…
Do you ever get really jealous of people’s cognitive dissonance? Even though you know you shouldn’t?
A few weeks ago, my extremely moody and snotty-ass 13-year-old was giving me the usual bullshit as I was asking her to put on her seatbelt (all the while, refusing to put on her seatbelt). I was just wrecked from everything, my job, the election, you name it, and I leaned over and screamed, “Put on your mother-fucking…
Amen.
We were not ready to adopt, but we took in a foster dog from the shelter where I volunteer soon thereafter and, of course we adopted her & she’s been the great joy of our lives. My previous dog was awesome but difficult to handle, so we were karmically rewarded with the best dog ever. That’s Baby with her CGC…
We put down our dog, at 14, when she had cancer a few years ago on Christmas Eve & it was excruciating. But it’s the last gift we can give them to end their suffering; it’s what they trust us to do when that’s all the care that’s left.
Totally agree on shelter/rescue being the way to go.This is Woody.Found him running along a highway near Cleveland over 10yrs ago.Even at almost 11 he’s the most playful, kind hearted and loyal dog ever....and smart enough to bark twice to finish my “O-H” chants with his own “I-O”.I’ll never buy a dog from a breeder.
Thanks for encouraging rescuing! These are my rescue boys! They are my everything. I also foster kitties- helps me maintain some joy while living in Trump’s America.
Lebowski would have loved to be a participant.
This is Booboo. He 8s a shitzu-poodle mix we adopted from a shelter. When we first got him he wouldn’t stop barking at me. He was 1 year old. Now he’s my best buddy. He was supposed to be my mother’s dog, but you can’t control who they bond with.
We adopted both of our dogs. One from a local shelter and one from a rescue organization.
My dog is from a rescue foundation. His mom was found tied up, pregnant, outside a kill shelter. She was rescued less than 24 hours before she was scheduled to be euthanized with the pups in utero. We agreed to take one of the pups.
These are two of our five rescue kitties. They obviously just woke up in this picture. They’re sisters, the last two of a litter of eight, and needed to go together so they wouldn’t be lonely. We also have a pair of tuxedo brothers, and a solitary tuxedo girl who wishes she was an only kitty but doesn’t push it.
Both of my dogs are rescues. Both of my dogs are good dogs. They approve of this post.
Pooparoo week was last week
Cat bath
Shelter dogs are good dogs. Thank you for the distraction from our dog shit current government.
Not to be a buzzkill here, but I feel like these dogs played much harder in the good old days when the organizers got them from the kill shelters.
Apparently nobody told Levi you’re never supposed to double wrap a Trojan
