I enjoyed the big things smashing each other.

I don’t want to write out an essay, but even Spielberg admits, “Yeah, it was bad.” But hey, that’s completely fine because we are allowed to enjoy whatever we want. You just can’t outright dismiss and ignore valid criticisms. Acknowledge them and then go on to enjoy the product anyway.

And I think Young Justice got canceled because it was popular with girls, if I remember correctly. “Oh shit, if only we didn’t tell girls they aren’t supposed to like action toys.” Idiot marketing teams played themselves.

Some things are just trash. Which isn’t inherently a bad thing. Some trash is still enjoyable or entertaining. The latest Powerpuff Girls cartoon and ThunderCats Roar aren’t just trash, they’re also soulless. It’s obvious to anyone that these are just attempts to cash in on the mega success of Teen Titans Go.
