Oh god yes, it's so ridiculous, we should educate people how to take personal video for their own private enjoyment on their fucking phones. Next time, when the person recording a seemingly run of the mill video knows they are about to catch evidence to be used in an investigation in to the assault of an innocent young woman, the person will remember during all the commotion and chaos to turn their phone sideways.
