Of course the joke is that he's just fine with zombies but doesn't even know it.

They keep it a secret because they're still hoping to get Liv's life back. (And Major's also now.) If the zombie thing got out Liv would be the first one to be locked up and then… who knows what. Quite likely she'd end up as a "full zombie" in a government lab.

But her outburst was part of the scene she was doing with Clive to get the propmaster to confess. That's why they were laughing about it afterwards.

Could be. But Liv has probably watched all the episodes more than once.

I'm pretty sure they want us to remember that Blaine is a very bad guy - hence the mention of the prostitute, for anybody who didn't put it together last episode. He's never going to reform like other charming villains have.

He enjoys it as much as we do.

Kilgrave isn't trying to be smart, because he thinks he's untouchable. The world is just a big toybox for him.

I guess the hand was dormant (and slowly rotting) for thirty years while The Force was gone. When It came back into the world the hand woke up as well, and grew a body when needed.

If she's not dead, she might be the new Baroness of the mining lands. If she can get back there before someone else takes over, that is.
