It's great. My girlfriend got me the first season on DVD for Christmas and I love it. Despite the show basically disappearing from Best-Of lists for its third season, it's still really really strong (and I think a lot of that had to do with how it came off such a home run of a second season).

"Accusations of bias, manipulation, and sloppy reporting have plagued the news ever since the governors of ancient Rome issued their official announcements on stone carvings, under which Roman citizens placed smaller stones calling those governors 'cucks.'"

Oh great, now it's cool to like him instead of shitting all over everyone who does?

Are you talking about this plant?

Here's my (late, drunk) shout out for Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.

He said "Paul's social life is now as completely fucked as hers is financially." That happens in the second part of the finale, as does Jimmy leaving Gretchen, which he also mentions in his comment.

It would be a huge relief, but it won't happen.

It's a bit different in this case though. The cliche is character B accidentally gets the role character A was auditioning for. Edgar doesn't just accidentally get Dorothy's role, he gets recognized for his popular web series and gets offered a much better position than what Dorothy was even trying to get. I'm sure

The Mailbag episodes of WHM are a goddamn treasure.

The video of him walking off stage while trying to talk to his audience of screaming fans actually gave me a bit of sympathy for the guy. Which is weird, because the guy is mostly a piece of shit.

Justin Lin directed the Modern Warfare episode of Community, which I don't think would've worked as well as it did without him.

Jimmy's also British, and I feel like that wouldn't sit well with Ron.

I just wanted to throw this in:

Watched the episode. Holy shit.

Haven't seen the episode yet, because I just got home from work (and I'm waiting for FXNOW to reshow the episode, they're repeating episode four right now), but I did call last week in these comments that shit would hit the fan in episode five.

Speaking of Leonards, Leonard Pierce actually has analysis of the election night results, if you head over to his website.

We watched it in high school years ago, and it was bizarre, and not great.

A&E's TV adaptation of The Great Gatsby.

I'd say yes to the metaphor. It wasn't supposed to be some kind of ghost-y thing, but rather, that you can't keep these feelings stuck in a drawer forever. They're going to push out.
