@eddyrayb: says the guy with absolutely no need for a recording studio anywhere.

@Caturday Yet?: Zero. If anything does happen, a simple restore will fix everything

@charliedazes: You restarted in the middle of the jailbreak. You gotta restore your phone now.

I got mine a couple weeks ago. I looked at their content list and was grossly underwhelmed. I thought there were going to be multiple seasons of many, many more shows. As it is right now it is not worth 9.99/month. 1.99 maybe

Impractical eye candy that's actually more like eye vomit.

@meth0d: cool story, debby downer

From a jailbreaking/unlocking standpoint this is pretty meaningless. The rest of the exemptions are quite beneficial though.

@whatne1wuddo: lala will be back in the form of itunes in the cloud. Lala was never going to survive since its licensing deals were voided if the company was sold. The new licensing deals are undoubtedly what is holding Apple back.

@CaptainJack: Do you think Apple would have really released the phone if they knew about this problem for months? Surely Apple has gone about this whole thing the wrong way but to say they intentionally released a flawed device is just ridiculous, especially for a company that prides itself at making products that

@redbearded: um, because there hasn't been anything official pointing to that helping the problem at all. This is an issue with every iPhone, not just a few despite what some super fanboys would like you to believe.

@ToastyUterus: I don't think people are complaining about seeing it. The guy in the post said he couldn't see his before but he can on his new phone. I and I'm pretty sure most others were just pointing out that it's perfectly visible on all original iPhone 4s

@redbearded: I guess I wasn't all that clear. The sensor has been a bit of an issue for me but I haven't really had a great sample size since I don't talk on the phone very often. The antenna/reception issues HAVE been an issue and are getting more and more apparent as the days go on. I tried to brush them off as

I can see the proximity sensor quite easily on my launch iPhone 4. I've had a few problems with the sensor but I don't really talk on the phone that often. I'm definitely thinking about returning my phone before the 30 days. I don't really want any other phone but these reception issues are definitely making me think

@MJDeviant: I'm pretty sure that Jobs is given credit for all of Apple's decisions because he is the one clear face of the company. I seriously doubt he is just calling shots without people under him and/or the board chiming in. Then again, maybe he does and if that's the case, no matter how much you disagree with

@eyjafjallajökull: I was purely stating the two companies known visions. Only an ignorant person would believe either company isn't in it for the money. That's kind of the point of starting a business. Now, it's no secret Google's whole business is based on the idea of advertisements. Everything they do is to get more

why do people find it so necessary to discredit the iPhone/touch as a gaming device? The sad thing is I bet many of these same people will be touting WP7 as being awesome for gaming while likely being the same, or possibly worse.

@Aegis Fury: not for me and not for many people. There are millions of people out there that do more gaming on these devices than anything else. Sure the games aren't better than psp games but they have turned my psp into a paperweight. I have absolutely no use for it anymore. The games are more than good enough to
