I’m proud of Bobby Moynihan. He somehow built a strong career in comedy despite being tragically unfunny. Inspirational!
As far as I know the original author didn’t have much to do with the games outside of the characters and lore. The CDP team did a great job in expanding and filling in the blanks. They adapted (or created) material into a solid screenplay. So... If you wanted hire the best people to adapt the books to the small…
Oh, and Art Direction.
I predicted this while playing Witcher 2. Although I thought Showtime or someone would pick it up to go head to head with Game of Thrones. If they are wise they will get some help from the writing team at CD Projekt Red.
Top image looks like Moebius! I was hoping the whole game looked like that. Oh well. Sounds like a cool premise.
Amazed how good this game is. I’d say it makes the GOAT list.
Looks like Evil Stitch to me. Although Totorro, not far off.
They were very clever how they designed the hair in Horizon. It’s mostly all dreaded or braided up. So the hair takes on more of a geometric form and is less flowing around all over the place.... But still apparently takes 100k triangles to make.
Mike Glennon is 5-13 as a starter and only has a 59% completion rate... OK he had a 90% rate last year... but he only threw 11 passes.
There are two types of people in this world. Those that loved Top Gun on the NES... and those that couldn’t land on the aircraft carrier.
Yeah that’s pretty much what I was thinking!
I had to read up on the Continuation war as I wasn’t as familiar. Found out some interesting stuff like.
Sorta feels a bit “been there, done that”.
I played quite a few of them. The plot seems to jump around and involves different places, events, and characters. Not sure you’d really need to start anywhere per se. Even Fates (which is kind of a series with Conquest and Birthright and the downloadable extra) can be played in any order.
I was talking to two guys from Rockstar once and I suggested they should do a narrative expansion where you could play as female bank robbers, you know like Thelma and Louise!
There are a lot for the Vietnam war. Vietcong 1, Vietcong 2, COD Black Ops, Battlefield Vietnam, Uwe Boll’s Tunnel Rats(LOL), Line of Site - Vietnam.
That one dude is playing Yie Ar Kung Fu. Which was one of the first fighting games.
When I first saw this, I preferred the original tile based pixel graphics. Something about lines that are too clean makes a game feel a little cheap for me. Maybe that’s because of all those Flash games from years back.
