The platforming sections in Turok weren’t that bad... Sure they would have been a bit easier if you had feet.
You sound like a die hard skeptic to me. Which is fine. But trying to convince you of proof of anything would be like trying to teach a table cloth how to dance the watusi. It ain’t gonna happen. We can only hope that someday you get abducted and probed by aliens and then you will finally have the irrefutable proof of…
The first pre-season game showed a lot of promise and it looks like a team that might be solid across the board(maybe not so much on QB). Pre-season means nothing of course. Agholor (this is a hard name for me to spell correctly) looked solid. I have high hopes for Rasheed Bailey. I don’t think Bradford stays healthy…
I got Army Men and Toy Soldiers confused. Never played Toy Soldiers. Army Men was great though. If memory serves, it was 16 years ago.
Ah so when you asked for names and places you really didn’t want any names and places. I get it now.
Every time I see a robot running I feel like they are saying to themselves.... “Where’s the bathroom, where’s the bathroom, need a bathroom, got to be one around here somewhere!”
Gordon Cooper, Buzz Aldrin, John Glenn, Neil Armstrong, Leroy Chiao, Donald Slayton, Robert White, Joseph A. Walker... etc.... etc.... Seems there are more astronauts that have seen UFOs than ones who haven’t.
So it’s a jet sim, but the jet you fly isn’t very fast... how fast? OK it’s slower than planes from the ‘70s. Oh and you can’t get hit by small arms fire or you’ll explode... oh and don’t try to turn too much, quick turns will make you plummet from the sky in a ball of death.. so, it isn’t very mobile... so what is it…
I’m pretty sure the light spots on Ceres are volcanoes. The craters they are in look a lot like caldera craters. If you accept that they are volcanoes then all the perfect 90º angle impact craters make more sense, because they are probably eruption craters. The light spots seem to generate haze, they also glow in…
I’ve never been to Japan. But when I go if there aren’t sakura blossoms constantly flying around everywhere at all times... well color me dissapointed.
Surprised there is no comparison for environments. The Witcher is better at creating a believable world with cities that feel like cities. But Dragon Age Inquisition had more variety in types of levels you could explore. Forests, deserts, frozen wastelands etc... It would be a close call but I’d probably give the nod…
Way back I designed the website for the Darkness. I put easter eggs in where if you shot out the lights in the background, you’d access secret schwag downloads. I’m not sure if anyone ever figured it out. If they did I never heard about it.
In most cases the more successful you are the more people hate you. Unless you are Bill Murray... or Oprah. I don’t think I’ve heard many hate filled comments about either.
Quake II had verticality. Quake III went pretty nuts with the jump pads... in a good way. I would guess the author is making a reference to those games. Grabbing and hoisting on the other hand, not so much.
I don’t think I’ve ever played multiplayer Doom. Quake III for sure but Doom... Don’t think so.
Time it took for me to realize what a bad idea the Ouya was after hearing about it for the first time. .005 seconds. Give or take a few milliseconds.
Fallout Shelter is fun for the first week or two. Once you get 100 dwellers it becomes kind of pointless.
It took me less than a year to walk a giant hole into the sole of my over-priced Chuck Taylors.
I’ve been slowly plodding through the game. My friend told me you can nerf the game if you don’t pay attention to the level caps so I’ve been trying to take out early missions while still close in level. Even still I feel like I have to be one level higher than the suggested level to stand a chance. In my earlier play…
