Thank you for reading everything on our website. It’s appreciated and impressive.
Now for my real question:
Which superhero (no matter how obscure) should get a film? And who plays them?
OK, more along the lines of the content of the site:
Have you seen the new It, yet? I saw it last night, and it was...not nearly as impressive as I wanted it to be. Maybe that’s unfair—maybe nostalgia has colored the original for me—but this didn’t live up to the hype.
Having never watched Broadchurch, what should/can I expect from Jodie Whittaker as the Doctor?
Speaking of Nextwave, reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally hoping we at least get Monica Rambeau in the MCU sometime soon. For friggin’ serious. Do you have a favorite, as-of-yet omitted Marvel character you wish was somewhere in the MCU?
Is it a little strange that we haven’t heard anything about the Star Wars spin-off movie for 2020 or about a new animated series when Rebels ends? I assume that both are being worked on right now.
I love Squirrel Girl, but absolutely hated the bleak and nihilistic New Warriors comic. Am I right in guessing that the New Warriors tv show will be terrible?
How many of you on staff are working on outside projects, like novels or essay books; and what do we have to look forward to in that regard?
General question for all: Given a choice (either a magic lamp or Google-level development money), what projects would you commission, in terms of achieving ultimate fangasm?
It’s bullshit if the White Walkers just walk their asses around the wall, right? Everyone’s on the same page here?
What’s your go-to jam for your at-work writing soundtrack?
Will Krypton be any good? At first I was meh, but the more I hear the more interested I’m getting.
Have any Bothans shown up in the Star Wars comics, cartoons, or books yet since the start of Disney canon?
Seeing how Legion was well received by Io9 in general, have any of you checked out Fargo yet? Also an FX show that Noah Hawley is the head of.
I’m a huge fan of time travel related movies, and I feel like I’ve seen all of the good (and lousy) ones...do you guys have any suggestions? Personal favorites of mine are Timecrimes, Triangle, and just recently I enjoyed Before I Fall.
Do you think Affleck really is being phased out? Last I checked, he was eager to be a part of the next trilogy. Or do you think that his comments on that was just a way to ease fans down from freaking out and potentially killing JL ticket sales?
I find that with the MCU getting even more and more comic book crazy (in a good way) do you see a Secret Wars style massive crossover movie as a convenient way to recast a whole bunch of characters? It would fit in line with how comic canon itself functions, and would provide a convenient narrative reason why Tony…
Will you be covering more of a Preacher? Outside of a few sporadic recaps, it seems to be forgotten, which is a shame, because I feel it’s only gotten better as it goes.
