This reminds me a bit of the reaction on YouTube to a video of some of the Game of Thrones cast (Lena Headey, Liam Cunningham, and Maisie Williams) visiting a camp for Syrian refugees, and the people griping in the comments section about them turning Game of Thrones into political propaganda. Then others were pointing

I was hoping for a pat on the back about the bag of Aryan dicks...I gotta step my game up.

Bro, did you pay any attention to Charlottesville? Did you NOT see all those assholes parading around with swastikas on their arms, shouting slogans from Otto von Bismarck, and fuckwads saying things like “Hitler did nothing wrong”?

Trump is doing just fine tying Nazis to Trump without any help from Bethesda.

Charlottesville was all about lower taxes and government waste?

The Wolfenstein franchise is THIRTY-SIX YEARS OLD and I have never once heard anyone complain about their premise... until yesterday.

I’m pretty sure that the neo-nazis people who believe in ethics in video game journalism are a loud minority and the game will sell fine using “political” advertising. I bet that most of these whiners have already pre-ordered and are just stamping their feet on twitter because... they hate jews? I’m not really sure

I remember there used to be so many WW2 games because it was considered completely morally safe to kill Nazis; they were the ultimate evil and ultimate bad guys.

I also love this contradiction:

Chiming in from the Native community - the biggest red flags (pun!) when a white person is trying to prove how not-racist they are:

The same way they can’t get over losing the Civil War lol

“Why can’t you people get over it?”

“What would MLK say about...?”

“What about black on black crime?”

“I don’t see color” makes me see red, because it’s the most insidious of the group. Like, if you’ve never thought about culture, it sounds good a first blush, but it’s super, super harmful and an utter lie.

Its so weird to me. I like guns, i think they’re fun to shoot. But I also really like cars and as much as the DMV and all surrounding bureaucracy SUCKS to deal with, I also like that i drove to work this morning without being hit by a drunk driver. I like breathing my breathable air (thanks EPA!) and i’m pretty

I think the more insulting part is “we have to have an honest conversation.” As if using numbers and hard facts as evidence that we have a problem with gun violence is dishonest.

We’ve informally reached out to a few people who work in TV news who confirm there isn’t a specific hard break until the end of the hour. This break occurred during the show’s first half.

Even with that hard break looming, Kelly still managed to find time to explain the hard break twice and put forth an opposing opinion.
