That’s not really a turbo upgrade - the car comes with the CT20 from the factory, if I recall correctly.

I’ve been watching BaT lately, and on some days, it seems like a buyer’s market. Other days, I’m shocked when I see what some of these cars are still bringing. If you’re looking for a 996TT with a manual, you’re not going to get a better deal, from the looks of things.

It’s probably something to do with factory two-step/anti-lag software. The modern turbocharged BMWs also sound flat and emotionless for nearly the same reason.

I might be alone in this, but I don’t find any of the modern McLarens particularly attractive. I think the P1 is aging well and the MP4's modesty is doing well, but I can take or leave the rest of them. This Elva and the Senna are downright ugly.

I just grabbed a few similar size vehicles. I highly doubt HR-V buyers are cross-shopping the Trailblazer. 

It’s not the horsepower that’s important here, it’s the torque.

I can confirm, but I am unsure if the aftermarket offers a solution. I still commend Hyundai for bringing it to market.
