i think that they just didnt realize how much of an issue it would be for so many people

NewFlynne would have the same data. Since FirstFlynne branched the timeline at ‘now’ both Flynne’s would have the data in their head. Just the Future doesn’t know how to get to NewFlynne’s stub thus its “safe”.

Its fairly simple.

I now understand this - basically she replicated her own stub into a new stub with the same memories and history and ri DNA which means she can kill herself in the old stub and then transfer back into 2099 using the new stub.  However, what doesn't make sense is that I'm assuming even if that ticket watch was

Oh man two Flynnes. I am very curious as to whether we’ll see a season two!

That does make sense. I wish the show had made it more clear!

Yes, I agree, very well-said

By splitting off another stub she created a new reality where she has all the knowledge and information she had at the point she split it off but, from the outside to the RI and other players in this future, it is just one simulation among who knows how many. Without knowing *which* simulation is the one with the data

When they stole the information on creating/accessing stubs from the RI the data got stored within Flynne.

So the RI has the data already and just wants anyone who has it dead so no one else can access it.

Aelita wants it, presumably for her revolutionary movement, but at this point I think she still thinks it’s in

I didn’t mind the finale although it definitely feels like they would have been better served with ten episodes as opposed to eight. I wish it had stuck the landing a little better but I think it still ranks high in my ranking of top genre shows for the season (Andor takes first place, this and Interview with the

It still burns me up that we got a fucking Ready Player One movie before a Neuromancer adaptation.

Season One was...fine. Season Two started off hot and careened off the nearest cliff. I’ll be watching Season Three with no expectations.

This is the show I wanted in Picard S1*. I mean, if you’re going to get the band back together, go all out. Nemesis wasn’t a proper farewell to TNG, so I’m glad to see a real ending for that crew.

*well, not specifically Amanda Plummer cosplaying as Zorg from Fifth Element, but I’ll take it.

Pacifist Worf — now THAT’S a bold character choice and I’m pretty damn excited to see how it plays out.

It all changed when the storage barrels offered to negotiate.

He’d be mad when he learns he’s been trapped the whole time and madder when he finds out Voyager’s Doctor solved the independent hologram problem decades ago and they could have freed him anytime

So we can forget those first two seasons. This seems to be what the fans the studio wanted all along. I don’t care, but even I find glee in seeing Amanda Plummer hunting the Enterprise.

That looks great !

I’m not going to get my hopes up. Season 2 of Picard was hot steaming Garbage. Genuinely some of the worst written Television I’ve seen in years. Maybe they can  right the ship with season 3 but I’m not optimistic

AFTER THE SHIT SHOW OF THE LAST 2 SEASONS....... FUCK YES !!!!!!
