With CGI the way it is now, I think they could find a way. He maybe couldn't be on screen for a long time, but in the right doses he could be awesome.

I mean, it couldn't end up worse than Fantastic 4our or BvS, so that's certainly an option.

IMDB is telling me JL part two isn't supposed to come out until 2019…which seems like forever. But that definitely gives them a bit of wiggle room to get out of it if they feel the need.

I can see this as sort of a way for DC to make a smooth break from Snyder and Goyer if Justice League gets a similar reaction to BvS, which is very possible since it's filming now and I'm sure they don't have the time to do massive rewrites or course correction.
