Neutral: Normally super busy and have to settle for the touchless “laser” car washes. For the first time this weekend had time to do a full hand-wash, full clean and limited interior detail on both mine and my wife’s cars. Was extremely relaxing and therapeutic (despite the sunburn that I definitely did not plan for…
Downloaded it, played the tutorial missions (as perfunctory as they were), saw the home screen, immediately deleted it from my phone. I’ll just play War of the Lions again and wait for FFVII Remake.
As a health care provider, are video games essential to my mental health? Absolutely.
Jason if you could quit delaying or cancelling games this year that’d be great, thanks.
100% with the infotainment. It’s shameful how bad they are. Love everything about my Jaguar except the infotainment (although now with OTA updates it’s a bit better).
Neutral: Agree mostly (I’d keep the F-type, I love that car). While I think the I-Pace is gorgeous (and I bought one), and is a fantastic drive, I do get that the appearance is polarizing, it’s smaller than a lot of people want (it’s definitely not an SUV, despite the marketing - I tell my friends it’s really a hot…
Television shows too, such as the Witcher which critics seem to hate but audience score >90% last I looked.
I was referring to the imaging being done by a layperson (you said “imaging at home”). I’m saying that the interpreter (i.e. a radiologist, which I am) is only as good as the sonographer doing the imaging.
I barely trust my own sonographers. You want to read POC ultrasound done by a layperson at a remote location? And be liable for that interpretation? No thanks.
Also, not trying to minimize this because it is really cool, but imaging without touching the body is nothing new - see X-ray, MRI, CT, etc...
Not to be that guy, but I think you’re referring to MRI when you describe lying motionless in a claustrophobic loud tube. CT is also a tube, but a CT scan takes seconds (often less than a second with newer scanner hardware), MR can take an hour or longer. CT is also much quieter than MR.
After playing fallen order and outer worlds for the last few weeks, I have started (for the first time!) the Witcher 3. Only a few years late! :-)
Have you tried the Sony ones? Super comfortable and awesome noise-cancelling and sound quality (I’ve heard the Bose ones are more comfortable but haven’t tried those). Best headphones I’ve ever purchased.
Yeah, you don’t dislocate your patella without tearing retinaculum, and often ligaments. Likely bone contusion too. Not a speedy recovery if you want to be safe about it.
So I love this site, and rarely post (never anything negative), but it seems to me an odd sort of cognitive dissonance to constantly be blogging about all the awesome new Lamborghinis, Aston Martins, McClarens, etc... and then scoff at/be condescending to those who actually buy them. (I do not and could not afford to o…
Yeah I started as Zane and, at level 15, already seems too difficult and ill-prepared in certain spots. Planning to restart with the gunner/mech character.
The maintenance schedule for EVs is awesome. I bought mine this summer, and I asked the dealer when to bring it back and they said “Other than new tires and wiper blades/fluid, just come back in 2 years if everything is working correctly.” Love it.
Or... meatus?
