This is really common. The thing is... Bézier curves were designed to be computationally efficient. They weren't designed to be natural and intuitive for the designer. Bézier curves are terrible to work with, actually, yet there are almost no other options for designers.
You can get Photoshop and Lightroom for $9.99/mo, or any single app for $19.99/month
The design is really annoying to me. It claims to be "minimalist" but it feels like a performance of design, i.e., "LOOK HOW MINIMALIST I AM." The use of a fixed-width font is a pretty heavily-stylized design choice.
Or maybe that was intentional.
This setup is so minimalist there isn't even a display for this Mac Pro.
While this is sort of interesting, I think it's just an issue of scale. I imagine the cost of aluminum or glass in phones is pretty high given the volume.
Yeah, the unfortunate reality about advertising is that if it's not in your face, it doesn't pay anything. Facebook was losing money when they started running those sidebar ads.
You hate Facebook more than you love your baby.
So Facebook was only good when they didn't have ads and had absolutely no way of making money for the service they were providing? The autoplay videos do annoy me though.
Yes, I agree about the airlines. I don't agree about taking away someone else's comfort by reclining a seat. You were not comfortable anyway, the 3 degrees of pitch allowed by most economy seats does not change the experience that much.

I don't give a fuck about the guy in front of me as much as he doesn't give a fuck about me.

I'm 6' tall. I fly often. I've never really been that inconvenienced by the person in front of me reclining their seat. Coach sucks whether people recline or not.
You don't have flour, butter, eggs, sugar?
That's what I found interesting. I've been learning/writing Swift since Yosemite DP1. Now we're at DP3 and the language is heavily evolving, some minor changes and some total syntax changes. It's odd that they're selling a course for a language that hasn't even figured out exactly how some things are going to work yet…
See you this weekend???
That's really cool. I feel like your hourly rate is pretty low. Do you have a website? I have something I've been meaning to get fabricated.
How much is 2 days worth of your time??
Things postmodernists design.
The average Joe does not need Adobe Photoshop, which is a pro application. There are many smaller, less expensive, less feature-rich applications for minor image editing tasks.
