Exhaust-DPF-Urea-Cat+programmer and or custom tune=shit tons of smoke. Trucks never smoked that much from the factory, not even the old diesel trucks.
Also, don't believe the Toyota reliability bullshit like I did. Mine broke down this morning...again.
I disagree, they actually do what they are supposed to do.
Having seen them at demonstrations at airshows, it awe inspiring. SO AWESOME!
My dad has one of these and all it does is drain battery and fall in half.
It's a fertilizing tractor. That's not the exact name for it I don't think, but that's what it does. They're all over the place during planting season in rural America.
We had ice and snow in Alabama... More ice than snow, but we had yearly ice.
I think this is one of the prettiest American cars ever built, especially in black.
I'm sorry that we have the technology to go back in time to change weather to prove our point. There is nothing we can do to change the climate, because it always has fluctuated. History shows that. Keep on wasting your life trying to be "green", and I'll continue to have fun.
Not to many deny it, we're just smart enough to know it always has changed and there has always been terrible weather. For instance the hurricane that hit Galveston in 1900. For the past 2 years they have predicted super fucking hurricane's to make landfall, the super fucking hurricane that struck last year knocked…
I agree to a point, but it would be a pain in the ass to crawl into the hatch area to roll up the back window, and reach across to the passenger side to roll it up when it's raining.
Sure the climate is changing, but apparently scientists are shitty at history, because it always has. Ever heard of "the Dust Bowl" and ever noticed that most record temps were set in the 30's and 40's. And sure 14-17 isn't great if you drive an econobox, but my mom's Vibe GT get low 20's with a 2.4 I4, so it isn't…
Reading the craigslist ad, it was a 5.4. So, a 12v would have been a cheaper swap. Also, with the 12v, it is very easy to make a joke of the 6.0 stock power. For way less than making the 6.0 reliable, everything I've read on the 6.0 says it needs anywhere from 7-10,000 bucks to make it good. That is far more than a…
An 03 would more than likely get you a 6.0. That engine is about as well known as Jaguar for it's reliability.
The majority of the oil IS outsourced. We have more than enough to supply us, and not be dependent on anyone else.
Take back roads. It may take longer, you may get worse gas mileage, but there is nothing like taking a drive through small town U.S.A.
Why would we buy it from them? Alaska, Texas, Mississippi have more than enough oil to supply the U.S. Also, going off on the lifted trucks are why the gas prices are so high. Have you seen Europe's gas prices. I didn't know every one of them drives a lifted truck. Also, most newer trucks like the one pictured, aren't…
