are you saying the attacker sends the user’s wallet an NFT, then the attacker interacts with the NFT’s contract to trigger the theft? or the user interacts with it?
yeah that’s my point, it’s been 6 years and i’m sure they thought they got away with it, but all the tracks were still public on the blockchain for the authorities to follow. they even followed the trail through a coin mixer. clearly blockchains (at least non-private ones) aren’t designed for crimes
