This is modern internet culture, not specific to Tiktok or food. Have you ever noticed that viral memes, images, videos, and so forth so often have the serial number scrubbed off? That is, the creator’s identity is cropped out or blocked off. I don’t know why people do this, but it’s sad and harmful.

I used to live in southern Germany and I remember Radler being a popular drink—half beer, half citrus-y soda or comparable. I think non-wheat beers were the more common base, but it sounds like a good combination, exactly as you describe.
