Reason number 5,984,214 why I love watching movies at home with subtitles on. I don’t care about dolby atmos surround sound when I miss half of the dialogue anyway. That and the ability to pause when I need to take a piss halfway through a 3 hour movie.

Agreed. He’s not nessesarily looking for a beat-down, he just wants to foil the baddies. He does the detective leg-work, gets in, gets out. That moment, after he’s freed those women from some slavery racket and he’s looming, not wanting to be found... hiding in that dark corner of the ceiling... that’s peak Batman. Read more

To be fair to the Boomers who were shouting don’t trust anyone over 30, they were determined to be the 30 year olds that they wanted to be.  Many of them certainly had more wisdom under 30 than many over 30 had.  But I guess you had to be there.
