There would not be millions of Central Americans trying to seek survival employment in the United States if NAFTA and other pro business trade pacts hadn’t destroyed their agricultural employment…

Yep... though I think “expat” is pretty standard for a lot of countries where you’re talking about people from your own country who’ve emigrated elsewhere.

I know it’s just an old stereotype joke, but you do realise that, on average, Brits have healthier teeth than Americans, or pretty much any other Western nation, right?

So Brits don’t love Thanksgiving, mainly because most Brits have no idea what it is and therefore don’t celebrate it.
