Yep! I just think a lot of people have no idea how expensive pets can be. It becomes your responsibility when you make that choice, there's no way around it. Its completely unfair otherwise.

My recommendation to any pet owner is to set up an account to save money just for the future of that pet. Insurance doesn't cover a lot of problems including the most common hereditary ones. Pets are expensive, and the costs only go up as they get older. My 7 year old dog had to have surgery on both of his back legs…
