I was totally wondering what was going through his head as he was watching the ransom video over Eli’s shoulder thinking back to what he was up to in season 1.

Yes that was definitely a part of the initial set up. When Mae Mae and Eli first talked, she was telling him that she was worried about the boys since they left her to go be with their dad after he got out of prison. It was literally the set up their entire storyline.
Aldean doesn’t even romanticize them when there are $$$ to be had, hence an earlier single of his, “Rearview Town”. He also didn’t even write either of them because he’s a talentless hack. Interestingly, though, 2 of the 4 songwriters on Try That in a Small Town were also writers of Rearview Town!
Shit, he’s only a year older than me and I feel like he looks much older than me, which probably says more about the limitations of my own self image than it does about how old Dany McBride looks
As I typed my comment, it occurred to me that it was possible that this was the case, but considering I was born in 1977 and never watched the TV show, but watched the movie as an action movie, it was BS. The idea that you needed to have watched a tv series that came out 30 years earlier to understand it is ridiculous…
I saw the first one and then at the end the one guy just takes off his face utilizing a technology that was not even hinted at or suggested could exist in this universe and I was just like, “nope; I’m out.” How fucking lazy is that writing? That was just so off-putting, I have had zero desire, inclination or interest…
Hot Fuzz over Shaun of the Dad? Getthefuckouttahere
Love Slovenia. Also, Connor said he wanted to start in the Balkans, but then said no to Slovenia??
I don’t know, but I am pretty sure Gwar did about 83 of them.
God I miss AV Undercover
Very good version, but I prefer Crooked Fingers’ version.
That scene in MacGruber was so excellently blocked and framed that I cannot NOT break out in laughter every single time I see it. One of the funniest scenes in any movie ever.
I am deeply, deeply aware of that joke in the WW movies and sketches yet I somehow didn’t get the joke. I think I heard “knot” and not “not” and then the dialogue moved on so quickly that I didn’t dwell on it. Now I feel stupid.
Shit, I was actually watching Road House on Friday night when this apparently happened. The universe is telling me something. I’m not sure what, though. Probably “Pain don’t hurt”.
Totally appreciated this one.
HR and IT managers that make HRIS purchasing decisions. So, not a 23 year-old.
How on earth was the term “glory hole” not used in this article?
