Any one else thinking it wasn’t a e-liquid pen and more of a wax pen because he fled?

If he actually plays the litigation lottery he’ll fail miserably. The US basically has no law that requires what is essentially a private club to allow participation.

Copy that for virtually every business in America right now. Long-term means nothing these days. The longest term anyone has in mind is the current quarter.

Not too many black people have an interest in watching cars go in circles. I am black and was born and raised in the south. None of my friends watched NASCAR or any auto races for that matter.

That tuxedo is certainly not “in” right now.

I strongly suspect NASCAR don’t care too much if you’re black, brown, yellow, white, or purple. It’s all about the green...

And here we go.. more self righteous people seeking money and fame simply for their skin color. I’m all for diversity, quality of life improvements, and genuine acceptance of any and all colors, creeds, and life styles. But i’m really tired of the dregs of society thinking that they’ve been slighted by those who have

It’s people like this that truly undermines legitimate campaigns for change.

Great piece, Stef. Thanks for this.

Driving safely is possible. I did it just yesterday. All it took was a little effort.

I don’t know about these, but if you’ve ever been in a nursing home, bring a dog in and watch the people in there LIGHT UP. It’s amazing seeing them smile when they look so depressed all the time.

I had a 486slc2 50mhz.... It’s pretty much the last hurrah of the 386.

I’ve seen bugs with louvers on the front hood because there was a V8 under there. Just sayin.

That was something I learned early when I started driving. I still have a crap-ton of brake pads I bough from Auto Discount Boys (TM) from service department visits telling me my old car had “inadequate” pad life left...

That is your opinion and that is fine. I get it. I just know how I did things. I also know “If Attila the Hun will get me that car for $1,500 under invoice, I’ll take it.” approach is a big reason why people leave the showroom. Think about the salespeople. They are people before they are salespeople.

Got a car at a dealership that was pretty hassel-free, not to mention the purchase was made a few thousand below sticker. So far so good.

From my experience in the car business turn over is high for several reasons:

The whole dealership model sucks for everybody. I buy a car and some poor person has to offer me a bunch of shit during a pointless exit interview that has no value. My favorite being a long term warrantee that overlaps the factory warranty and charges for it. We both know all of his offers are crap. I refuse them

Yep. And they sold 17 million of them over the course of it’s lifetime. That’s more than any other single model of computer in history. It was also my first computer. Bought one new in 1982 or 83. 64KB of RAM, then load the OS and you had about 38KB left. lol

I also read about Apple.com being stolen from the original registrar, also. I was there for that one.
