x1000 yes

The original feels like some nice brows over the eyes, but clearly a unibrow.

Bring back the 200 with an EV powertrain. It will singlehandedly save the brand.

The people buying Chryslers are generally not going to be interested in a foreign car from a brand they cant pronounce. They want a good ol American car.

This is pretty obvious I would have thought. New Peugeots are gorgeous. They have fantastic interiors, drive pretty well and from what I understand don’t seem to be as... well French when it comes to not breaking down.

I can tell you why those new product-plans were thrown out the window: product development costs. There was a reason that Sergio Marchionne was looking for suitors when he was at the helm; he wanted to share the substantial development costs of new platforms, engines, and electronics.

e-2008, 3008 Hybrid, 508 Hybrid, 5008 SUV. All very attractive styling. Stellantis has ability to fill the Chrysler product line in short order if they choose to. Rebadging makes sense in this case.

Ooooh, now do electric version of “classic” K-cars.

It’s difficult to get a sense of scale of just how gigantic the 252 inch long Bugatti Royale is, so here’s one parked next to a gorgeous Bugatti Atlantic (the most beautiful car ever made, in my opinion):

In High School, my best friend had a 1971 Chevy Impala. It was basically a 220 inch long coupe. (18.33 ft)

I used to own a 1964 Chevy Bel Air. It was 210 inches long, so there are longer cars. But, the wheelbase was only 119 inches, and all the extra length was tacked on to a very large overhang in the back:

Much as it pains me to admit it, I fear I might be a serial offender,

I’m sure this will sell well. But I also think that Toyota’s first BEV should have been a Prius.  The Bz4x name is stupid... and it’s the kind of name an automaker not serious about BEVs would give to a BEV.

Piano black needs to die as an interior accent. Someone needs to say it.

Ugly, expensive and has a stupid name. Why would Toyota shoot themselves in the foot this way? I’d be more interested if it was just expensive but they hit the trifecta.

It will probably function exactly how it’s supposed to with no fuss, and so most people will just forget that it exists. hahaha

They called it “Busy Forks”? Well, it’s no more weird than the XR4Ti.

We’re calling it the Busy Forks.  It will never be “Beyond Zero 4x” to me.  What a bunch of marketing wank.

But oof, what a name. This would be a good example of leveraging brand recognition to sell a new EV. Just call it the Rav-E. Or E-Rav. Who cares if it’s not even the same platform as the Rav-4. Use the name, sell the cars. (Just don’t pull a ford and try to call it the Supra-E).

The big thing here, though, is that the bZ4X isn’t exactly offering anything that’s going to make it stand out from the pack”
