Definitely works best with a dark spot. I’ve found that a dimly lit background can be even better because it gives the car better context. Nice work!

Made some burgers last night, woke up too late today to start slow cooker ribs unfortunately. Maybe use the rest of my pizza dough to make a little something.

I used a yn360 off amazon for this, but pretty much anything bright will work.

Good tip. That works well enough. My plan is to save all the good stuff and then upload to my google drive and have a sheet there as a database.

Thanks! This is a composite made of I think 7 or 8 different exposures and make everything play nice in photoshop. I used one Flashpoint Xplor 600 with a bare bulb to create both of these. The light emanating from behind the car was just two strobe pops low and behind the car to get the drama.
