Definitely! Amaretto’s about 1/2 the strength of straight vodka, so you can use that for the math. This syrup’s pretty sweet, so I’d start with just adding more vodka, and taste it before you add any more sugar.

This one separates after an hour or two sitting in the fridge, but you can just give it a quick swirl to recombine. It definitely didn’t separate in the drinks I made with it.

Tiki drinks are tasty, and tiki bars have very cool decor and such, but part of the reason they became popular was that you could get WASTED on like two cocktails...
