I’ve just recently started doing the cinnamon thing after reading a character in a book do it. I sprinkle enough cinnamon to cover the top of the grounds and then add a pinch of sea salt. My boring, mainstream brand coffee now has some depth and is an overall much better experience.

Totally on board with you about not saucing the pasta. I rinse the pasta in hot tap water drain it and I have wonderful pasta that isn’t a sticky mess.
