That happens because you have keyboard shortcuts enabled; the idea is that there should always be something selected (if it shows billboards, then it selects that instead.) You can verify this behavior by visiting a genre page with both keyboard shortcuts and hide billboard enabled.

I am not experiencing the problem you described. When I try it, if I turn off “play next episode automatically” then it does have a black screen with a button I can click to go to the next episode but I do not see a countdown. Read more

Thanks for the feedback; a lot of this feedback is new; it was just updated this past weekend to fix random episode, the progress bars for fade rated and fade watched, and export ratings (all of these bugs were related to the same cause.) This will be fixed in the next release (already fixed in development.) This broke because Netflix renamed the HTML elements that correspond to the left and right arrow.

An update that works with the new My List is probably 75% done now (although some scripts will be removed since they are now redundant and the My List sorter will be removed since it would involve a lot of changes and since we didn’t write much code for it in the first place.)

This is the first I have heard of this; I will take a look. Do you happen to know if this is happening because they are rated, faded, or duplicate? (One way to tell would be to selectively turn the features off.)
