Ugh I needed this today. The higher ups are so panicked about everyone working from home that they want list of everything we complete each day, and I feel like all that does is make me hit a wall even earlier in the day.

The gym today was pretty empty for the usual morning crowd. Typically in the 20-30's count, was more like 6. But of course ‘Colossus’ showed up slamming plates around and dropping weight on the floor like a god damn heathen. We get it bro....you’re mad at COVID.... we all are.
