I don’t recall ever having a bad meal at a Whataburger.  Off topic, but their breakfasts are better than just about any of the other fast food options.

If she destroyed the phone, Apple would claim she did so to destroy evidence. And having nothing in hand would give Apple a much easier path to destroy evidence in her favor and confuse things even more. If if were me, I’d turn the thing off, get a new Android phone with a new number, and proceed from there.
